TASTING NOTES

Nose : Intense, it starts on a fruity profile, with lemon, peach, and starfruit quickly followed by linseed oil, hazelnut, nutmeg, cinnamon. It the evolves honey, red and dark berries with soft peppery notes.

Palate : Very intense and complex, it starts with pineapple, green apple, goji berry, with. Touches of smoky molasses, reminiscent of an old Islay whisky, with tons of marzipan and long pepper.
