TASTING NOTES

Nose : Very intense, it starts with custard and banana flambé, followed by aromas of peach, hazelnut and quince with some seaweed. It then evolves into marzipan and orange.

Palate : Very tropical, gently smoky and fresh, mostly on passion fruit and citrus with tons of vanilla and fresh herbal notes, like mint and eucalyptus. Mineral on charcoal.
