Marie Antoinette : by Karin Stanley, Dutch Kills, NYC

• 2 oz Plantation Rum 3 Stars Rum
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice,
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup,
• 0.75 oz White Creme De Cacao,
• 4 Fresh Raspberries

Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker and dry shake to mix.
Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a large rocks glass with splash of liquid ingredients and top with crushed ice.
Pour remainder of cocktail over ice and top with a fresh berry for garnish.
