— PLANTATION SINGLE CASK 2018 Haiti 2010 —
TASTing Notes
Nose : Complex and quite herbal, it starts gently funky as a clairin with rich fermented fresh sugarcane juice notes balanced by Caribbean lime peel and juice as in an authentic ti punch with a touch of rose petal. It then evolves on soursop and cloves.
Palate : Full, it follows the nose with a tad more oaky and peppery profile at first with green pepper, coconut and ginger but mainly tasting raw cane juice. Thereafter it becomes fruitier on banana, Muscat grape, baked pear and apricot.
Finish : Very long on almond, raisin, honey and greengage.
