TASTing Notes

Nose : Complex and elegant, it starts with nutmeg, oak, cherry, blackberry and then come deeper notes of coffee, leather and walnut. It evolves on raisins, prunes, fig and cocoa.

Palate : Full and elegant, the first sips are quite spicy with cinnamon and cloves, followed by butterscotch and coconut. The come delicate notes of citrus, honeysuckle and pepper.

Finish :The Banyuls kicks back with tobacco and rancio balanced by cooked banana and hazelnut.
