Overproof Pina Colada : by Ted Kilpatrick, Roof at Park South, NYC

Ingredients
1.5 Plantation 5-year Barbados
.75 Plantation Overproof
2 Pineapple Juice
2 Coconut Syrup (4:1 coconut milk to superfine sugar)

Recipe
Whipped with a whisk and poured into a Buick of a frozen drink machine. If you don’t have a Buick of a frozen drink machine, add 5 oz. of crushed ice and blend on high until smooth.
