Nose : It starts with a fruity profile of pineapple, citrus, quince with delicate notes of acacia honey and bourbon cask.

Palate : Rich and complex, it follows the nose with mango and peach, cooked pear and toasted almond, red pepper and butter.

Finish : Very long with mushroom, straw, corn and hazelnut.
